Return Policy

This policy applies to paid services or program fees offered through Shoraxilaz.

Cancellations

Requests submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for full return processing of paid amounts.

Partial Returns

For requests between 24 and 48 hours before start time, partial returns may be issued after administrative deductions linked to preparation costs.

Non-Eligible Cases

Services already delivered or requests made less than 24 hours before start time are generally non-returnable unless required by applicable law.

Processing Time

Approved return requests are processed within 10 business days through the original payment channel when technically feasible.

Canadian Billing Note

Return handling is implemented in a manner consistent with applicable Canadian and provincial consumer protection requirements, including clear disclosure of timing and non-eligible cases.
